Hi we stayed in your tower bridge lodge London hotel - on walking in we found it a lovely place and great customer service. We found it very wrong you charge an extra £** to book in early? Why does a company as big as you feel this necessary? We just arrived from devon and needed to drop off our bags. We phoned up prior to be told it was full in the baggage area, lucky for us when we arrived people had picked up their luggage. We came back in the evening to find the wifi we had paid for wasn't working not a great start. No one happen to mention this until the morning when I asked for a refund? Which was even more annoying they knew it was down and we wasted time trying over and over again. Also the room was generally tidy except the shower curtain was very dirty. But the experience was very nice. Just a shame these minor things tarnished our trip for my daughters birthday. Can I please claim our money back for the wifi? Kind regards
