Because I purchased a cancellation plan, I was trying to get a full refund on my purchase. ... This is concerning Delta reservation *GZYHNB. It was purchased as a package. The package includes roundtrip flight, rental car, collision damage plan, and cancellation plan. Due to the Coronovirus, I had to cancel everything. Because I purchased a cancellation plan, I am requesting a full refund of all expenditures. Since the flight leaves on Wednesday, March **, **** from SLC at *:** am, you can see that I am running out of time!! The confirmation code for the flight is listed above. The itinerary number is **************. My name is Kenneth Sterling Mallett. My phone number is *** *** ****. My email address is *****@***.com.
This was especially frustrating because the phone lines are jammed and I cannot get to a real human being!!!
They could make this right by honoring their cancellation policy and issuing me a full refund.
We have been flying with Delta Airlines for many years. We would like to continue to do so.
I have called every phone number possible and spent hours on hold. I have pursued every web site and followed all their directions to the letter. Today is Monday, March **, ****. My flight leaves on Wednesday, March **, ****.
