I made flight reservations under confirm * *************. Representative was unable to speak or comprehend English making the process last over one hour. After booking I was informed by my independent travel consultant that there would be nagged fees charged on my flights. After painfully reviewing every detail with your agent before agreeing to this booking, there was no mention of baggage fees. The overall customer service was extremely poor but specifically not being informed of the baggage fees is unacceptable. Resolution of my case would include: waiving any*all additional fees including baggage* replying to my previous attempts to resolve this* responding to the survey I completed after the booking* not placing customers or your staff who are not fluent in the language in the position of attempting to provide service. **Thank you!
