Good day,once again I am trying to find out the status of my flight credit. I have called relentlessly and still no update.On Friday ** June **** I spoke with two supervisors(Rachel and Charles) who both promised and update from their offline team within **-** hours. Today is now the ** June **** and still no update was sent. I was told by everyone I spoke with that the flight credit should not be an issue seeing as to how it is unfer the * year mark that I want to travel. It was explained to EVERYONE i spoke with that when i was initially supposed to travel last year September that it was during hurricane Irma and flights were grounded leaving me unable to travel. I explained to EVERYONE that I spoke with that I would like to travel from Marsh Harbour, Abaco on the * July **** to go into Nassau,Bahamas then I Would like to travel from Nassau, Bahamas and go into Fort Lauderdale, Florida on ** July ***** I would like to leave Fort Lauderdale, Florida and return back to Marsh Harbour, Abaco on ** July ****. Speaking to all supervisors I was given flight times but the hold up seems to be Hahn airlines. My travel date is fast approaching i NEED an update quickly i am out of all options.
GetHuman-lydiawel did not yet indicate what Travelocity should do to make this right.
