Get an answer to my question finally get get human code ****, still no response then it says on screen it is fixed, when nothings been fixed!!!!!!! ... Can you please tell me if it is Trader Joe's policy to allow male employees to initiate hugs with female customers? I've had this happen to me at one of your stores, many times, only one guy does this, the rest do not. I have not seen him do this with other customers. I do not know how I want this resolved until I hear about your policy on this and consider other factors involved. Thank you
What trader joes doesn't realize is since I've gotten no response from them they are making the situation so much worse. Ignoring a customer with a problem is much worse than coming up with a bad solution, at least it would feel like there is someone there out for the interest of the customer and not just doing nothing, worse stating on their site the problem is fixed when they didn't even attempt to talk to the customer let alone fix anything, just made the situation worse. What ignore it long enough and it'll just go away? No makes it so much worse. I'm getting it out there on all my social media avenues how trader joes really is when it comes to "getting human", which is, not at all!

Talked with manager, his solution, not to shop at that store, not a good solution in my opinion, originally tried talking with that employee, both were a mistake. I need to talk to Trader joe's admin, if that doesn't work, an advocate.
