Windows ** update attempt failed with error codes... Called windows where two tech were trying to resolve. Was told to call Toshiba and get latest Bios since ours were **** and **** is the latest. This was met with "figures they would say that" And that sometimes it fixes their problem. I looked today after spending *** dollars on a one year service with three calls and today I still have no bios update. Why did I pay? Cant you work together to resolve this issue? Doesn't having the latest Bios and drivers shorten the list of possibilities? **I tried to do this myself to avoid more bad service but I see the lap top came with windows * them later changed to ten as is normal but the Bios do not have a With windows ten set up. I see windows *, XP and * but no ten. So which do I fallow?
