Help with my Torrid.com issue

Torrid.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-darvaug a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-darvaug's own words
Delt with a very rude sales associate. Your site and customer service rep stated I could return my merchandise I recieved for christmas minus the tags but have receipt. Sales associate loudly and rudely said " I told you I am not returning it without the sales tag" I repeated your online policy and what I was told by two customer service reps. I then asked to speak to someone else she state "I'm the manager so there is no one to talk to" she then refused to give me any info for a higher up to make a complaint against her. I just want to be able to find something I can fit seeing how my son just spent $*** on things I cant wear. I would also like to make a formal complaint on the store associate on how she delt with this matter. This terrible experience took place at your Summit Mall store on Dec **,**** @ about *:**pm
