The issue in GetHuman-djdors's own words

I purchased my boosts. I’ve sent numorious messages and no one can even reply back. IT’S NOT MY FAULT THE APP HAD A BUG AND I HAD TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT TO GET IT TO WORK PROPERLY. I don’t appreciate being ripped off for a purchase I made and not getting to use what I paid for. Frankly I’m disgusted at how they've handled this situation by ignoring my request to have my boost returned to me. I don’t care what their policy is. I had no choice in the matter but to delete my account and start over. Shame on them for stealing from me and shame on them for ignoring my request to return my boost that I paid for. They should do the right thing and return to me my boost. I don’t even want my money back. I want what I paid for.

GetHuman-djdors did not yet indicate what Tinder should do to make this right.
