Hello. I am a paying subscriber and have lost the phone associated with my account so I cannot access it. I have the email associated with my payment (*****@***.com), which is therefore also attached to my account, but I cannot get into the site without the phone number.* * I have tried getting emails sent to me with access links but they do not arrive. I have the spam filter turned off, spam folder is empty, I have of course entered the correct details. I have tried to contact you multiple times but have not yet reached a resolution.**I am now at the point of contacting my bank and instructing them not to process payment to Tinder unless this is resolved within ** hours. I am already upset that my previous payment has been wasted and my help requests have not been attended to.**I hope you can help, if not I will just cancel payments.**Thank you.
