While I do not know exactly how long, it has recently come to my attention that someone was using a fake account under my name and phone number in the early parts of ****. Whatever behavior or content that appeared on that dummy account does not reflect how I intended to use the app. I actually began to use the app myself around spring time of this year. After being unable to make an account from just my phone number as a result of my information being used (which I did not know was occuring at the time), I created a profile using my facebook account instead.**Fast Forward to June **** and I decided to give Tinder Gold a shot after enjoying Tinder Plus. After a month's use, i decided to cancel my Tinder Gold subscription, as I was not wholly satisfied for the service. While I received a refund a few days later, I soon found myself beginning to have trouble logging in to my account again, with each failed attempt being followed by an "error *****" message. After doing some research I learned that this message meant that my account had been banned, which I found to be odd in that my behavior and use of the app has consistently adhered to Tinder's community etiquette guidelines. This lead me to believe that either a bug in my cancelation of Tinder Gold or even the old false account that used my information were to blame for my account's termination.**If there is any way for me to get in over the phone contact with technical support or a means to either unban my account or wipe my phone number off of being banned as a result of my situation, please let me know. I was a paying customer of your otherwise free to access application and hope to continue once again. **Thank You So Much**- Evan
