I subscribed to a “One-Year” Tinder Gold subscription two days ago for a “best value,” deal of $*.** a month. I bought the subscription thinking I’d be charged monthly right away. Instead I was charged for the whole year immediately for a total of $**.** which is not what the deal what. I contacted “Apple Care, Inc.,” and was told I would be refunded fully and that my subscription would be billed monthly by a live representative, and all I had to do was click the same “best deal” package of $*.** a month for ** months subscription through the Tinder app. My subscription ended today abruptly, so I did what I was told, and subscribed to that deal today. When I did, I was charged another fee of $**.** for the year. I do not want the second charge billed to me today, because I only wanted a one year subscription not two. Not to mention, I’m supposed to be getting billed monthly like your app says. Not all at once for the year. I have been on the phone waiting and speaking with agents for over an hour, and I want this matter dealt with ASAP. I have funds to pertain to, and the way I was incorrectly charged will not stand with me. Please contact me ASAP so that I may receive these funds back, and get on the right subscription plan.
