To whom this may concern,**I have communicated several times with a member of customer service, via e-mail, named Charles regarding my Tinder account, which I have been unable to access since the beginning of June. Charles informed me that the error code I am getting means that I was 'banned' from Tinder due to a violation of their Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, 'in some way'. The error code I received states the following: 'Oops! Something went wrong - There was a problem logging into Tinder. Please try again. (*****)'. **If Tinder management deleated me, why can it not be upfront and tell me I was banned, without showing that message, leading most to believe that the problem is temporary and I should 'try again' to log in.**After reviewing both the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, I am positive that I did NOT violate either, in ANY way. I explained this to Charles and did not receive a response.**If I cannot access Tinder again, I don't really care, however I deserve to be informed of the reasons why I was banned. Anyone that can see my profile, can clearly see that I did not violate anything. I do not have provocative, nude, or even '****' pictures in my profile. I have never even taken any pictures that may disqualify me from any website. I am requesting this correspondence to be escalated to higher management for a review of my account and profile, which I am confident are not in violation.**I did not have the opportunity to delete my account and I fear that not having control of my profile, it will continue to be viewed and accessible for others to see. **Additionally, I suspect this incident may have something to do with an e-mail I sent as feedback stating that I did not agree with the 'political' and 'ideological' advertisements I received from another dating website, who may also be connected to Tinder. I can think of no other reason why my account was banned.**I am requesting assistance with this issue and at least provided with a fair reason for my ban, especially since I have not disrespected or violated anyone or any terms.
