I am currently facing financial difficulties and made the tough decision to sell my Raiders tickets. The tickets were purchased nearly a week ago, but I have yet to receive payment. They informed me that I will not be compensated for another month. I am frustrated and worried about being evicted, as I am on the brink of homelessness. It is disheartening that they are delaying my payment despite my urgent situation. I am upset as my daughter and I may end up spending Christmas on the streets due to this delay.

Hello, I made an online ticket purchase on December 13th, [redacted], with the voucher number 4D2DVCB from Voucher Express. The payment for this order was processed on the same day. Regrettably, the ticket has not arrived yet. Additionally, a confirmation email regarding this order with voucher number 4D2DVCB has not been received. Upon attempting to enter, my ticket failed to scan despite multiple tries, resulting in the need to purchase a new ticket for $[redacted] before fees. In early November, I purchased tickets for the Blackhawks game on January 2nd to gift to my parents. I saved the tickets to my Apple Wallet for easy sharing, but unfortunately, they cannot be shared. Wanting to sell the tickets, I attempted to put them back on my account. However, as the game date approaches, I simply want the tickets available on my account so that I can print them out.

Good morning, my name is Carolina Andueza Palacios, and I am writing because a few years ago, I bought a ticket for the Extremoduro concert in Rivas, which was ultimately canceled. I received an email stating that I would be refunded, but the amount was never credited. I have asked others who also had tickets for the concert, and they all mentioned they received their refund a while ago. I'm having trouble buying tickets due to being prompted to update my password and enter a code from an email. I keep receiving an error message saying the code is invalid, preventing me from proceeding with the purchase for the Stephanie Mills concert on March 6, [redacted] at the Soundboard. I purchased tickets for a Parker McCollum concert in OKC. I am certain about the email I used and the purchase as I recently checked Ticketmaster and saw my tickets on the app. However, today when I tried to access it, I was logged out and couldn't find an account with my email. I checked my bank statement, and it confirms the transaction on Ticketmaster's website.

I purchased these tickets in mid-November, expecting to receive printed tickets in time for Christmas. The website indicates they are sent within 7 days of printing. I received confirmation that they were printed but not that they were sent. My order number is 28-[redacted]/CH3. I have already emailed with no response. I am eagerly awaiting your reply.

Hello! I recently tried to buy Dorian Electra concert tickets for the Masquerade GA on Feb 16, [redacted], using a gift card. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option to use a gift card for a partial ticket purchase. After researching, I found that some concerts do not accept gift cards except for resale tickets and MLB events. Since this is a regular concert with firsthand tickets, I wonder if there's an issue with the payment method or if it's simply not an available option?

I have a concern about my Minnesota Vikings season tickets. I own 4 tickets per game, and for the Vikings vs Bears match on Jan 9th, I sold 2 tickets through another platform, leaving me with 2 tickets. I attempted to cancel the posting for the remaining 2 tickets on 12/24 but encountered an error message "Try again" repeatedly when trying through both the website and mobile app. Despite my efforts, the tickets were eventually sold on 12/25 at a price lower than I intended. I reached out to the Minnesota Vikings customer service email on my account and am awaiting their response. I would appreciate a credit for 2 comparable tickets to the same game. Thank you.

Hello, my husband entered the verification code to request four tickets for the Adele concert on Feb 12 in Vegas. The tickets we received are for section [redacted], row T, seats [redacted] and [redacted]. I noticed on the seating chart that these seats could be designated for individuals in wheelchairs. Can you please verify this for me? The other two tickets we have are for section [redacted], row P, seats [redacted] and [redacted]. Could you also confirm if these seats are not intended for individuals in wheelchairs? I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

I bought tickets for the Morgan Wallen show on 2/24 at Colonial Life Area. I've been attempting to switch the delivery method from will call to another option because of a change in my plans. However, each time I try on the website, I keep encountering a message that says, “Pardon the interruption… and try again soon.” This issue has persisted for over a week, and despite contacting customer support numerous times, I haven't received any response.

I encountered an issue while booking tickets through the app as it froze at the final step of confirming and processing payment. After waiting for about 5 minutes with a blank page, I eventually pressed "done" and tried again, only to face the same problem. Upon checking, I realized that the app charged me for 2 separate transactions, resulting in 4 tickets instead of the intended 2. I request a prompt refund for the extra tickets, as this was a technical glitch in the Ticketmaster app. I am disappointed with the lack of a confirmation step before finalizing the booking and payment process.

I bought tickets from you for War of The Worlds on January 4th, [redacted], at the AO Arena in Manchester. The payment was made on December 21st, [redacted]. However, I have not received the tickets in my account yet. I did take screenshots of the tickets with QR codes when purchased, but they are still missing. Could you please look into the status of my tickets? I am eager to know their whereabouts. I attempted to buy 4 tickets today on the Ticketmaster website for a Phoenix Suns game on December 29 for my granddaughters. I successfully purchased 3 tickets in Sec. [redacted], Row 3, Seats 14-15 and Row 2, Seat 15. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a fourth ticket nearby. Within 15 seconds of my purchase, new tickets in sections [redacted] and [redacted] became available on the website, possibly released by the club. I would have bought 4 of these to ensure the girls could sit together if they had been available. Is there a way I could exchange the tickets I bought for 4 in either of these rows? Hello, I am hoping you are doing well. I had a ticket reserved for ice skating on December 23rd. Unfortunately, I couldn't go due to concerns about the new Omicron variant. With the variant, I didn't feel safe going to London as I plan to visit my grandparents and other vulnerable family members for Christmas. I didn't want to risk catching and spreading Covid. I am interested in moving my ticket to a later date after Christmas if possible. If moving the ticket isn't an option, could I receive a refund instead? For the last 2 months, I've been attempting to get assistance from Ticketmaster concerning 2 tickets I sold in September. I'm facing an issue where I only received one deposit instead of the necessary two to verify my account. Despite my efforts to resolve this by deleting and re-adding my payment information, I'm still left with just one deposit dated 9/12/[redacted] ($0.10) and another on 11/22/[redacted] ($0.55). The lack of response when calling and the automatic emails with standard instructions on verifying bank information have left me extremely dissatisfied. I understand the verification process and believe Ticketmaster is at fault for only processing one deposit instead of the required two.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share my recent experience with the Coldplay tickets my husband surprised me with for the holidays. There seems to have been an issue during checkout, where the location changed from New Jersey (Met Life) to Maryland. My husband originally selected New Jersey but the system switched it when he was asked for a different form of payment. Despite contacting customer service right away, they were unable to assist. The tickets we ended up with are for Maryland, which is not suitable for us. Given my health condition, I am unable to travel, and this was not the purchase my husband intended to make.
