OPTING OUT - Information as to how the billing would proceed was hidden in the further reading of the business after you had already asked for help. because of this problem of not being able to easily opt-out i have no trust in this company of throwing a rock and hiding your hand after the fact. I am opting- out as this same day ******** that i thought i wanted the services of the company. its only been * hour ago that i appeared trapped in without a clear way out. OPTING-OUT..CANCEL ANY SUBSCRIPTION I MAY HAVE STARTED ONE HOUR AGO.
GetHuman-hslarue did not yet indicate what Thumbtack.com should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-hslarue fixed the problem
called customer service . E-mail wont do. Spoke with a customer svs rep (andrew) who was polite and patient. it took less than one minute wait time before he came on the line. H asked for my e-mail address, looked up my name and offerd to walk mw through how to unsubscribe by clicking on your name in the right hand corner of the page that comes up when you bring up your account by name or e-mail that sends you to another question that has the option to unsubscribe and opt out. He also offered to do it for me. He made it clear as a customer consumer not a pro there is never a charge for the service. only the pros that get work has to pay a fee for the connection to a client. they make it relatively easy to opt out either if you are customer consumer or pro if the pro doesnt owe any fees to them for the service connection to a client and work has been performed and he was paid. the number called was *-***-***-****.
