I paid $10 for a "goodie box" sample from you. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency, I ended up in the hospital and missed its delivery. I just received the box, but most items do not fit. I was surprised when my bank was charged $[redacted].59 for the box of clothes. I'd like to return the box, keep the items that fit, and receive a refund of $[redacted].59 minus the cost of the items I'll keep. Also, please cancel any subscription I have with you. I have sent in my "cleanout bags" over 2 weeks ago, but they are still marked as "received" and not "processing." I wanted to use the credits to buy clothes for my daughter, who has grown 2 sizes this season. If I knew it would take this long, I would have sold the items on the marketplace for a better price. I support your vision, but the lack of contact info, transparency on timelines, and sense of urgency from your end is disappointing. I won't send my next "cleanout" bag until these issues are resolved. It feels like this is a hidden area with no way to contact you. Please improve on this.

On Wednesday, February 19, [redacted], at 12:15:35 PM CST, I received an email from Thredup Customer Support regarding my shipment #[redacted]71 and 8 other shipments that were redirected back to them. They mentioned issuing me a full refund that should reflect in my original payment method within 3-5 business days. I was directed to log into my ThredUP account for more details. I replied promptly requesting the orders be reshipped, willing to cover the costs. Unfortunately, I received a follow-up email stating they understand this is not the desired outcome. It's frustrating not to find any contact numbers or functional corporate numbers for resolution. The effort I put into selecting these items is disheartening, leading me to feel upset. My package was sent using FedEx SmartPost for final delivery at the local post office, but it was redirected to a different address without my authorization. This change can only be made by the shipper, not me. I receive frequent packages from ThredUp and this issue is unusual. Additionally, they claim I asked for a return, which I did not and I no longer have the item to return. I am currently unable to contact ThredUp for assistance.

On Sunday, May 10, I made a purchase from ThredUp with confirmation number #[redacted]. I have two issues that need attention. Firstly, I forgot to input the code "mamalove" during checkout for a discount. I hope that the discount can still be applied. Secondly, my order seems to have been set as a BUNDLE order, which was unintentional. I would like to switch to regular shipping instead. If you can't accommodate these requests, I will need to cancel the order. However, if you can apply the discount code, I am willing to wait until the BUNDLE option expires. Being 81 years old, I'm not well-versed in technology but it's important for me to know what has happened to my order. Losing $82.65 would significantly impact me as I'm on a fixed income. On June 8th, I sent out a bag of clothes to be sold on your website. The bag's tracking information shows that it reached Bell Gardens, CA on 6/12/[redacted]. I have been trying to reach out to you via email and Facebook but haven't received a response yet. Order # [redacted]2: I recently received my order which included a sports bra and a pair of Nike shorts. The shorts, priced at $22, arrived first but unfortunately did not fit well. They are an XL size but seem irregularly small. Even my 14-year-old daughter who wears a Medium found them to be tight and oddly fitting. I have been attempting to return them, but they were removed from my account due to the expiration of the return period. Despite delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, I am aware that the return policy was extended. I kindly request assistance in facilitating the return process and crediting my PayPal account accordingly. While the sports bra is satisfactory, the shorts prove to be irregular in size. Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made from Thred Up. I received my package and was overall pleased with the items except for one J CREW t-shirt that had visible oil stains on the upper right side. This was disappointing as I had expected the items to be new or like new without any stains. I didn't opt for free returns, so I'm unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated. I tried to place an order on 7.23.[redacted] but did not receive confirmation. I have been a loyal customer for years and have recommended your company to others without any issues. I recently received an item from Thred Up that does not fit as expected and the material is different from what was pictured on the website. While the app indicates that the order is "returnable," I am unable to find it as an option when I click on "returns." I am frustrated with the lack of customer service assistance available. I am considering returning all eligible items, deleting the app, and taking my business elsewhere. The specific item I need to return is a Missguided size 10 casual dress.

I was unexpectedly billed $60.27 three times without being notified and would like to request a refund. When I attempted to finalize my purchase, I received an error message indicating a problem with my payment details. After multiple failed attempts, I removed some items from my cart, reducing the total to $41.87. Once I corrected my payment information, the transaction went through successfully. Strangely, I only received a confirmation email for the $41.87 purchase. However, upon checking my card account today (November 6th), I discovered that I was actually charged $60.27 for each failed payment attempt. Urgently seeking a refund for the duplicate charges.

Hello, I am reaching out for the second time regarding a recent message I received from Quantum View regarding a package without the sender's information. I have orders from multiple providers on the way, one from ThredUp expected via UPS, and I provided my street address for this delivery as my PO Box was not allowed during order placement. It appears the package might have been sent via USPS despite my preference for UPS. There has been no communication from ThredUp or the post office regarding this. I was in contact with someone through Twitter, but they have since stopped responding. A few days ago, I unexpectedly received a package containing two sweatshirts from Thredup that I did not order. When I contacted them to inquire about the situation, I was informed that these items were supposedly rejected from my cleanout kit. However, I clarified that these items were not part of my kit, which included various items such as a new pair of Tiffany sunglasses, BOC flip flops, Tommy Hillfiger slides, and Gap yoga pants. Despite informing the Thredup representative about the discrepancy, they mentioned that my cleanout kit supposedly had 8 items, which is inaccurate. I expressed my frustration as they claimed they couldn't locate my cleanout bag several days ago, which contained my items. I am now questioning the whereabouts of my bag, and I am requesting assistance from a live representative to resolve this issue promptly.

My name is Jeanne W. Three Up lost two bags of designer clothes with tags. After more than a year, they agreed to reimburse me $[redacted].28. However, they repeatedly sent the money to the wrong accounts and emails four times. I opted for store credit, but when I tried to cash out on their website, it didn't work. Customer service suggested PayPal, but my account was closed. Thread Up proceeded with the transaction anyways, and I couldn't access the funds. They claim they can't cancel it or reverse it, forcing me to wait 4-5 days. After the trouble I've had with them sending payments to the wrong places and losing my clothes, this additional issue is frustrating.

I received a dress that was not as described, and I am eager to return it and receive a refund. I navigated to the Start A Return option and selected the dress from the illustrated list of recent purchases eligible for return. I specified the reason for the return as Not As Described, highlighting the inaccuracies in the length and the presence of mildew stains, contrary to the excellent condition as listed. However, I encountered an issue where the "next" option was not clickable as the order numbers were missing for the return process to proceed. Despite sending three detailed emails to ThredUp, I have not received a satisfactory response, only redirections to a nonexistent chat option. I hope to resolve this matter promptly.
