We're sorry to hear that your item from ThredUp did not meet your expectations. ThredUp strives to provide accurate descriptions and images of items for sale, but occasional mistakes can happen. Unfortunately, final sale items are ineligible for return or refund. Still, you should definitely report this issue to ThredUp customer service. They value customers' experience and feedback, and they can use this information to improve their service in the future. Even though a solution might not be guaranteed, they might be able to offer some options or further assistance.

We're sorry to hear that you experienced an issue with your order. ThredUp's policy states that if an incorrect item is sent, ThredUp will refund the return and restocking fees. Please ensure to contact ThredUp's customer service team as soon as you notice the error, to rectify this and get your refund processed as soon as possible.

We're sorry for any confusion. ThredUp strives to provide accurate visuals of our products for our customers. If you notice an issue such as mismatched front and back photos, this could be a rare mix-up or technical glitch. While it's something rather uncommon, the team would appreciate feedback on this. Please know ThredUp is constantly working on keeping the quality and accuracy of the product images on the site.

To return items to ThredUP, you must first initiate the return request through your account. Go to 'Purchases,' select 'Return item,' and follow the prompts. A return label will be provided for you at the end of this process. Print this label and attach it to your return package. Kindly make sure the items are in the same condition they arrived in. Returns without a label unfortunately cannot be processed or refunded. Please note that ThredUP doesn't accept returns on items marked as 'Final Sale.'
