The issue in GetHuman-bmcelhin's own words
I tried to order items but the order did not go through because it said that my card information was invalid (it was not). I then checked my bank account and saw that thredup charged me $**.** three times and only returned it back to my bank account twice. I never received an order confirmation. In fact I received an email this morning saying my items were still waiting in my cart. At this point, I do not want to order the items. I would like my money back.
GetHuman-bmcelhin did not yet indicate what ThredUp should do to make this right.
