What went wrong?
Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get ThredUp help.

I sent them a very expensive item (min condition Celine mini luggage bag, $*,*** new). It their instructions I was assured my package would be taken care of by them and I would then be able to decide how much it would be priced at on their site. After weeks of trying to understand where my bag now is, I have been curtly told via customer service text that they’re sorry but they never received my bag. This is unbelievable to me, as it was packaged in the same box as all the other items they said they received. I either want my bag back of compensation for it, based on reasonable business practices. Right now, they have stolen from me. Whether through insurance payout or a settlement, compensating me is their responsibility. Since they created the shipping label originally, they had all of the shipping insurance as well. I must have at least $**** in compensation for one of my major st valuable posesiones. Should I press charges? I get no response from them.**Thank you.
