The issue in GetHuman-gunnsha's own words
IIve already created my log in*pin* and * security questions. When it says to input my SS*, it brings me back to the logon page and state* “This Social Security number is already associated with a user I’d” The last time I filed for unemployment was back in **** I believe. I can’t remember any login from that date or email as it has been changed since then.**As of the other day, I called ***-***-**** and updated my PIN that is associated with my SS*. Also, I updated payment options from debit card to my bank account information. Unfortunately, this is how far I can get. Each time I try to log on* it signs me in, then ask for me to input my social and pin, then brings me back to the log on screen stating the above.**I haven’t giving any information with the exception of my security questions and answers. **I’ve called *** times a day for the last ** days And can not get through. I have been at a stand still since I can not link my social to my log in for some reason unknown. It states, that my social is already linked to an account. What account? My account back in ****? I’m ready for this to be resolved. Please help me find out why there is an account already linked to my social security number.
