Despite providing detailed employment information and waiting for three days for my agency to offer work, I was surprised with a Denial Letter received on October 3rd, [redacted], just one day before I could request my first benefits. The letter claims I have not had employment in the last six months, contradicting the verification documentation I submitted. How can I rectify this oversight and expedite the benefits that I am eligible for? Additionally, I am facing billing issues with my cellular carrier, which has led to the premature suspension of my plan, adding to my current challenges. Thank you.

I received a customer complaint regarding Wingstop at the Ross location, but I was terminated without any communication or investigation. It's disappointing that no one addressed the issue properly. I expect fairness and accountability from all employees. There are serious allegations of sexual harassment, drug activities, and inappropriate relationships at the establishment. Despite the unjust termination, I have evidence to support my claims. I believe the right course of action should have been taken instead of firing me. Moving forward, I would like to be compensated for the situation. Best regards, K. Harwell.

I tried to request my Unemployment Benefits online last week, but the system instructed me to wait until July 22nd to proceed. Even though I attempted to do so on the Sunday, the system still prompted me to wait. When I tried to select my return to full-time work status, the system was contradictory, instructing me to confirm both a yes and no response. Consequently, I am unable to request my benefits due to these system errors. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue over the phone, I have had no success. I have been attempting to access my benefits for the past week and a half to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance in addressing this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Cheryl Green. I applied for benefits through TWC and my initial date to request benefits was 12/9/18. Both a lady and the automated system informed me of this. I submitted the request via phone, which prompted me to allow 5 days for processing. However, as of today, Tuesday 12/18/18, I have not received any funds. When I checked online on the 9th, I noticed my addresses and social security number were missing, which I promptly corrected. On Friday 12/14/18, it indicated that I was requesting too early. I then saw the date had changed to 12/23/18, so I waited until after Monday to confirm, but the situation remained unchanged. Upon checking online again yesterday, it stated I didn't qualify due to insufficient earnings. I believe I qualify because I have been consistently earning $17/hr for at least 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. I'd also like 10% to be withheld for taxes. I hope to receive a call regarding this matter.

I decided to leave my job due to ongoing harassment from one of the owners. Despite this, I have been denied unemployment benefits. The owner not only spoke poorly about me to other employees but also mistreated me and failed to provide necessary supplies. I was responsible for creating the schedule, which I did diligently, but any complaints led to trouble. I was held accountable for an employee leaving due to a scheduling mistake. I strongly believe I faced discrimination as the only white female employee, facing mistreatment from the female owner. After years of dedicated work, I feel unfairly treated and wish for an opportunity to share my perspective.

I was recently suspended from my job without pay due to claims made by my ex which led to my arrest. I am currently fighting these allegations in court and cannot return to work until resolved. While my employer has not terminated me, their policy prohibits me from working with pending convictions on my record. Despite only being arrested and not charged or indicted, I remain suspended. My open worker's comp case also hinders me from seeking new employment. I seek guidance as I face potential unemployment after three weeks of suspension, and anticipate a lengthy legal battle ahead. Any advice on accessing unemployment benefits after an extended suspension period would be greatly appreciated.

I am Carlos D. I would like to share about an incident on Wednesday, 9/22/[redacted], during my shift at Market Street. A conflict arose with a coworker, Sean F., who became upset, threw his equipment, and used inappropriate language towards me. Despite contacting the Supervisor, Matt H., and being assured I would be moved to a new post for the night, the situation escalated unfairly. Unfortunately, due to Sean being the director's son, I was unjustly penalized without clear communication. Despite my unblemished work record with US Security/Allied Universal for almost five years, I was abruptly terminated for alleged fighting and misconduct. Despite my attempts to explain my side of the story, I was met with resistance from both Allied and Market Street, leading to my unwarranted dismissal and placement on a no-rehire list. I have taken legal action by filing a complaint with the EEOC against both companies for their unjust and illegal actions.

I was hired in February [redacted] at La Villita Cafe. The General Manager and I agreed on 38-40 hours a week at $12 per hour. Despite my 18 years of experience working with Mr. Clark at his other company, SCENTCHIP'S USA, my hours at the cafe have been reduced. Mr. Clark insisted I work at Scentchips to get more hours, a place I did not apply to work at. Even after expressing my desire to work only at the cafe, my hours were further reduced to 12-17 hours per week. This situation has made it difficult for me to pay my bills. I feel marginalized and believe Mr. Clark is favoring male employees over me, the only woman in the kitchen. I urgently need assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I have been trying to reach the Texas Workforce Commission since 8 am this morning without any success. Despite making 82 calls to 1-[redacted], I keep getting the message to call back later due to high call volumes. This is my second week facing this issue. Last week, from Monday to Wednesday, I called a total of [redacted] times, only to be asked to call back later each time. It took 44 attempts on Thursday to finally hear that my claim, which started on April 28th, [redacted], would go through. However, after receiving payment for only 3 weeks, my claim is now on hold again when I tried to request payment on Sunday. I have documented all my calls with timestamps, taking pictures as evidence. It's frustrating not being able to resolve this unemployment issue quickly so I can focus on finding employment.

I am facing a situation at my current job where I believe I may be laid off. Despite waiting for almost two weeks, the temporary agency I work for is still holding assignments. Previously, work was slow due to bad weather, and now, I have moved to California due to my family's financial crisis. I need to claim benefits based on my current circumstances. I have already submitted proof of my earnings through fax, but my last claim was denied. I am struggling to reach a representative due to poor reception in LA. It is frustrating as calls often get disconnected after multiple attempts. I urgently need my rightful benefits to survive in this unfamiliar city.

I have been trying to contact support for days regarding my claims and payment requests after relocating to a different state. They are requesting a screenshot of me signing up for work in the new state's workforce site. I have been on hold for extended periods and keep getting disconnected after a brief hello from the agent. I need a clear answer on the approval status so I can proceed with my payment request without enduring such frustrating customer service experiences. It's essential for them to handle these matters efficiently and professionally.

Ten years ago, I applied for unemployment using an email address that I no longer have access to. I tried to reset my username, passcode, and pin, but could not remember them after so many years. It seems that to update your information, you receive an email confirmation, but without access to the old email, I can't make the changes. I realize now that to file for unemployment benefits, I have to contact support directly to update my details. I believe a possible solution would be for accounts inactive for two years to require re-verification or provide an option to link old information to social security numbers. Due to reduced hours from Covid-19, I need to apply for unemployment benefits as my part-time income is insufficient.

My name is Bryan R. On 3/20/[redacted], I was laid off by Hilite Int. due to the virus outbreak, causing a production shutdown. Since then, I've been struggling to apply for unemployment through both the website and phone due to the high volume of claims. I successfully created a username, password, and personal ID on the website, but after entering my information, I'm redirected to call [redacted], which again refers me back to the website. I learned that I need to reset my login details, but reaching out to Texas Workforce Commission for help is challenging with the overwhelming calls during this crisis. I've tried multiple phone numbers like [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], but they all lead to technical errors or ask to call back later. It's now Friday, March 27, and I'm left with no option but to file via mail. I suggest allowing Texas branches to assist in processing claims to prevent such technical issues in the future. Thank you, Bryan R.

I am having trouble logging in to file my unemployment claim. The User ID is correct, but when I enter my social security number, it tells me I have the wrong User ID number. This was not an issue back in [redacted] when I last filed a claim. I need assistance to link my SS# to my User ID so I can proceed with filing my claim. I have been attempting to resolve this for over a week now. Additionally, I have misplaced my Debit Card, which is used to receive the funds for my Unemployment benefits.

I have been attempting to create a profile with the Texas Workforce Commission since March 11th. Unfortunately, an error occurred during the setup process, leading me into an unproductive cycle. Despite my persistent efforts, the website and phone support have been unhelpful. Contacting TWC has consumed a significant amount of my time, with me making numerous calls daily for over two weeks now. I recognize their increased workload, but this situation has become unreasonable. I seek a resolution to reset my information or assist in creating a functional profile promptly. Any support offered will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.

I have been attempting to reach the Unemployment Benefits Department of the Texas Workforce Commission for several days without success. I have diligently tried calling during various hours, but each time I choose an option, the line is busy. My company, Toyotetsu, due to Covid-19, initially advised me to file for unemployment on March 15th with a tentative return date of April 3rd. Afterward, they extended my return date to April 20th. When trying to update my information online, I encountered an issue stating I am not eligible to refile and can't adjust my dates on my account. I urgently need to speak with a live representative to address this matter promptly.

Dear Sir or Madam, After Hurricane Harvey, I set up user IDs and passwords for my wife to apply for unemployment benefits. Unfortunately, I've forgotten her user ID and password, which is causing issues in light of the current pandemic, COVID-19. Since March 9, [redacted], my wife's nail shop has been closed. When attempting to log into her TWC account, we are encountering difficulties due to an invalid user ID. I kindly request assistance in resetting my wife's user ID and password to ensure she can successfully apply for her unemployment benefits. Her details are as follows: - Social Security #: [redacted]-96-[redacted] - Birthday: October 6, [redacted] - Email Address: [redacted] Your help in resolving this login problem promptly so my wife can access her unemployment benefits would be greatly appreciated.
