I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.

I had just purchased a pre-owned Tesla through a *rd party dealership and was trying to transfer ownership so I could start using the app. I saw a couple of email email address options to use online and tried *****@***.com. This is the correct email. I confirmed it by calling customer service. They actually confirmed that they had received my earlier request and then proceeded to walk me through the transfer while I was on the phone. It will still take a few days to process but now I have complete confidence that this will get done.
