I changed from a pre-paid account to a plan recently and have received two monthly bills, however I haven’t paid them because I still had a lot of credit remaining on my pre-paid account that I thought it would be used up first before I needed to pay further amounts.**It was not explained to me, that I would lose the remaining credit from my pre-paid account as soon as a changed to a plan.**Had I known this, I would have used the remaining credit up before starting on a plan.**I would like a refund of my remaining pre-paid credit before I will pay my monthly bills on my new plan.**If you do not refund me, I will seek assistance from the ombudsman and the department of consumer affairs.**Regards*Mary Fleming***********
