Hi, I've been experiencing " no network" on my mobile number for the past * days, I've called ***** and I we into a Telkom store. This is pathetic for the life of me I cannot understand why I should be binned to a contract whilst I'm not receiving a service. To the person reading this would you pay for something you don't have. If this issue cannot be resolved immediately pls cancel my contract or alternatively I will stop my payments. Everytime I called the contact centre I got the same response " unfortunately there's nothing we can do " that should become your pathetic slogan. My mobile number is **********. I'm doing this to give me some sort of calm not that I have confidence that this will be resolved. The only confidence I have is that I WILL BE STOPPING MY PAYMENTS.
GetHuman-bellochu did not yet indicate what Telkom should do to make this right.
