On the **.**.**** my landline * ** *** **** at which I have a TELE-FAX went DEAD.I reported it to the Telkom Fault Reporting number ***** and received a Ref No ********.*Till to day , the **.**.**** , and after escalating the issue of a LANDLINE , WHICH WENT DEAD for several times during my ** calls to to Telkom's No *****, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.*The agents have always been polite and trying to be helpful.*Each time a full identification ( ID number , address,checking the reported telephone number etc)*was performed.*Each time I did STRESS , that I am a DISABLED alone living widow, aged ** ( eighty seven).*Each time I was told, that a technician has not been as yet assigned to my case.*I also mentioned, that during my ** years, living in Clovelly, Cape Town in the same house I had each*year *-* problems with my landline, and each time I had to give access to a technician , for entering and checking my phone in my house,prior of checking the connections in the exchange or the telephone lines. EACH TIME THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE EXCHANGE OR SOMEWHERE IN THE OUTSIDE TELEPHONE LINES.*To day during my last call, an agent informed me, that my landline has been disconnected because*Telkom is changing in my area to FIBRE ONLY.*I told him that I pay to MWEB for my PC connection with FIBRE .I was advised that I can connect my disconnected l,andline myself to the MWEB -fibre connection.*i had contacted GET-HUIMAN in October ****-, after being molested by Telkom employees for about a year with calls ( even from head-office in Pretoria) threatened to terminate my landline, and offering me instead a wireless TELEPHONE,and afterwards demanding to change to fibre.*After my complains via Get-Human the calls from various employees of Telkom ( about twice each month) STOPPED.. I believed that the prosecution exercised towards me came to an end.*I was wrong. *It seems, that Telkom has a SADISTIC PLEASURE IN TARGETING HELPLESS , OLD AND DISABLED*PEOPLE., considering them easy victims.*It is not the agents in the Fault reporting center, but some GREEDY SALES TEAM,which uses BRUTE FORCE TOWARDS THE MOST VULNERABLE (OLD AND DISABLED) members of the society,TO DRAIN MORE MONEY OUT OF CLIENT'S POCKETS*PAYMENTS FOR MY TELE-FAX CONNECTI*N IN FIBRE WOULD COST ME ( AS PER TELKOM'S OFFERS) MORE THAN TWICE THAT MUCH AS FOR MY COPPER LANDLINE CONNECTION. *I AM A PENSIONER.*PLEASE HELP ME AGAINST THE ABUSE OF A COMPANY, ( TELKOM), WHICH DEFIES ETHICAL APPROACH TOWARDS THE OLD AND DISABLED MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY
