I have * sim cards, each getting **GB data every month. The one sim card shows 'out of data bundle' since the previous month. I don't know what my user name and password is to logon to Telkom online app so can't access it that way when I use that particular sim card. Can you please check that both sim cards are still active since I can't see the number on the sim card that is a problem. *The phone numbers on the sim cards are as follow:**********************
