Apparently telkom changes in my area to fibre connection ONLY.*I need a tele-fax connection NO ADSL, NO STREAMNG ,for my tel. number**** *** ****.*Why am I forced by Telkom to double my payments for services which I do not want?*Find a solution .**Yesterday (**.**.****) I spoke with Telkom. In view that I said, to be contacting the community,*I was promised, that "MY PROFILE" WILL BE CHANGED , AND HARASSMENT BY TELKOM will stop.*Let' s hope for the best.*I am grateful to " getting human" for help, because I was devastated.
