I need to access my contract with telkom over the internet. I have downloaded a telkom app and it says I don't have any products with telkom. I also went instore and was told my account has not been activated. I also need to understand the FUP for my package

GetHuman-pmazamba did not yet indicate what Telkom should do to make this right.
