I have an Telkom ADSL rooter installed at home. Recently Telkom contacted me saying they are sending me a wireless LTE* Fibre rooter. The Rooter has been delivered. Order nr: *** *** ***A, Service number ***********I have inserted the sim card but the Mobile connectiuon light stays red for * days now. The WAN light is also not on. I have since contacted Telkom and recieved my TIN *** **** number. in the meanwhile my ADSL line has been cancelled without my consent. So for * days now I am paying for a service I am not recieving.**Please sort this out because I am on the point to contact Hello Peter as well as describing this service on various social media platforms.*Jacques de Beer*Agtste straat **Delmas******ID *************
