Good Evening, Target! I just want to start by saying I absolutely love your store and products so very much! This past week, I have encountered some issues at two stores: Red Wing, MN and Northfield, MN. Last week, I visited the Northfield location and found a soft and adorable pink robe on clerance. The clerance rack stated that everything (pajamas) on it was also an additional **% off with the cartwheel coupon. I saved the coupon on my phone and went to the self-checkout. I scanned the barcode and it didn’t deduct any money so I asked the worker for assistance. She told me that it couldn’t be used on pajamas which was strange considering there was a sign right on the rack saying that it could be…. I ended up purchasing anyway because there was a rush of customers and I was holding up the line for self-checkout. Today, I visited the Red Wing, MN location because on my Target app it said that there was Twins apparel (baseball) in stock and I was going to purchase a jersey and t-shirt. My best friend had gone to Red Wing target one day prior and told me how much stuff was on clerance for **% off. I arrived and searched the store up and down for this sale rack but only discovered football and hockey apparel. I asked a worker about it and she said she would ask and within one minute she told me that there was no twins apparel in stock. I looked at the app and it stated that these items were in stock so that was strange. I ended up leaving disappointed….. I love Target but these past two visits have been very disappointing especially the Cartwheel ordeal. I am a broke college student (LOL not trying to play the card just telling the truth) and the robe was marked down to $**….. **% off would’ve brought it down $*.**…. Every penny matters when you are trying to make your last check last…. Just upsetting.
