Well... this is my opinion about the poor business model and practice you have when it comes to returning items. You made a mistake and sent me the wrong coffee. My order ************** was the same as usual, five packs of Seattle's Best Post alley Dark Roast **oz. Instead, I received Starbucks Espresso Roast, five packs of it. Now, I called and am not happy with your response. I order online bc it's convenient. You want me to find a UPS and mail the items back or return them to a Target store, both of which require time. Why should the costumer be inconvenienced because you made a mistake? I don't drink Starbucks coffee* I am about to be out of my coffee and will have to go to a grocery store to buy it. Meanwhile, you take no responsibility and no corrective measurements to correct your mistake. You should send me my coffee right away. Period.
