Hello Tanga Customer Support, I am contacting you for the second time regarding my missing order of three iPhone screen protectors that were supposed to be delivered in July. According to the tracking information, the items were marked as delivered, but I never received them. Even though it's a small purchase, I still paid for it and believe it's only fair to receive what I ordered. I have been a loyal customer of Tanga for many years and have always been satisfied with my purchases, except for this unfortunate incident. I want to mention that we moved houses on August 17, but I should have received the screen protectors at our previous address on Aspen Place before the move. I purchased a refurbished Dell laptop from ZoomUSA on May 2, [redacted], and received it on May 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, it did not boot up, so I followed their return process and sent it back on May 14, [redacted]. They returned the same laptop to me on May 26, [redacted], but this time it gets stuck at the user icon. I contacted ZoomUSA on May 29, [redacted], for another return and a credit upon receipt. Despite their initial acknowledgment, I did not receive a response within 48 hours, so I followed up. After speaking with John on June 4, [redacted], who couldn't assist, I reached out to Tanga for further help. Despite sending multiple emails and even a text message, I have yet to receive a resolution.

I recently received two items that arrived completely damaged, leaving me extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. I have been a loyal customer of Tanga for over ten years, but I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of products over the last few years. The Chromebook I ordered was missing from the shipment, and the pet brush I received was not only in pieces but also much smaller than advertised as a Large size brush. The poor quality of these items, seemingly cheaply made plastic products from China, is disappointing. I am hoping for assistance in resolving these issues promptly.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding my recent purchase that arrived damaged. I am seeking a full refund for the item. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. I checked my inbox and spam folder but couldn't locate it. I bought a refurbished 27-inch LG monitor with the model number MN60T-W Class FHD IPS on May 12, [redacted], through your online store. The UPS tracking number for this shipment is #[redacted][redacted]47. The ending digits of the credit card I used are #[redacted], a Visa card. I purchased 2 puffer jackets from Tanga, but the package arrived torn and the jackets were missing. I have been trying to contact Tanga for weeks with no response. Despite my credit card being charged, I have not heard anything back from them. Today is December 13, [redacted].

I bought a box of 40 ABBOTT Laboratories COVID BINAX NOW Ag tests from Tanga.com. However, upon receiving the box, I noticed that the tests are intended for Medical Professionals Only as it states "RX ONLY" on the packaging. I even confirmed this with Abbott Laboratories. I reached out to Tanga via email the next day asking for a return label and a full refund, but they denied my request citing a no returns policy for the item. I find this deceptive since the product was not meant for general sale. I am very disappointed with this situation.

I sent an email to request a return and refund for a Galaxy Active 2 smartwatch a few days ago, but I have not received a response. I am frustrated with the lack of communication from your company. This is my first negative experience with online shopping, and it is disappointing. The watch did not come with an owner's manual, and I am unable to access the settings and other features. I placed two separate orders on Tanga, order # T863GCDGU2CN and DBFC6UR6BR9E. USPS delivered my merchandise to the mailbox area without ringing the bell. I was home all day, and unfortunately, someone took the packages. I have been unsuccessful in resolving this with the Postal Service. I live in an apartment, not at the mailbox, and request replacements for the items. I have previously emailed without a response. Please provide assistance. Thank you. I have tried to contact Tanga.com multiple times via email as they do not provide a phone number for customer support. Unfortunately, they have consistently disregarded all of my messages, leaving me incredibly frustrated. It is very impersonal and disappointing to receive no response. I am seeking a resolution to my issue and would appreciate either a phone call or an email from Tanga to address the matter. Tanga, I urge you to improve your communication with customers and demonstrate professionalism. It is essential for a company to be reachable and responsive to maintain credibility and trust.

Order number: G23HF6WLXDYC I am returning the 4/1 cordless stick vacuum and have the return label with me. I have reached out via email twice about exchanging it for a refurbished Shark corded stick vacuum. It has been longer than the stated response time of three business days for the first email and four days for the second email. If the exchange is not possible, please inform me promptly so I can explore other options. I am expecting a resolution by tomorrow, Friday. Thank you.

I purchased a 3-Pack Men's Cotton Stretch Slim Fit Chino Shorts in sizes 28-44, with Black, Khaki, and Navy included. Upon receiving the package, I found that the khaki shorts are significantly larger than the others despite being labeled the same size. After contacting Tanga.com, a return label was provided for the oversized Khaki shorts, which I have successfully returned and was confirmed by Tanga.com. The order # is H9C4GC4GU3YM.
