There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

Everytime I order an item with extra cheese there's barely any cheese on it and this is consistent across several different stores as I work on the road and visit taco bells in different towns on a daily basis. if I'm going to pay $*.** for extra cheese I expect there to be double the normal amount and I'm usually not even receiving the normal amount. I wish that taco Bell would send clear instructions for the restaurants to measure a specific amount of cheese to be put on the product and if somebody is to ask for extra cheese they simply double that specified amount. I feel that I have wasted a lot of money over the several months that I've been ordering this item and not got what I'm paying for.
