I went to Taco Bell and ordered: * soft shell chicken tacos grilled. The lady says "that isn't available". Finally we get it squared away. She thought it was the whole sandwich grilled when I only wanted the chicken grilled. I get to the window and she gives me the dirtiest of looks and takes my card. When she returns she hands me my food and my card back. I asked her "was that a dirty look you just gave me?" She says "have a nice day" and slid the window closed. I didn't pull away because I was going to ask her for a receipt which she did not give me. She didn't return to the window so I drove away without one. This was totally unavoidable if she just would have been pleasant. Why the look? No need. Just a nasty look. Terrible customer service. I was even worried that the amount on my credit card would be wrong but I checked it today and I believe it is correct. My husband goes to Taco Bell a few times if not more each week. He loves it and that is why I knew that had soft chicken tacos that are not shredded but grilled. I even told her that not the shredded chicken! Anyway I am asking for some kind of restitution. I've already completed one complaint form two days ago and still haven't heard anything yet.
