To whom it may concern:* We had stopped at your Taco Bell store ********** @**** W Broadway Ave Louisville,KY ***** around *:**pm. My daughter has (ibs) and said after she goes to the ladies room she was going to get her a drink. Upon entering the store none of your worker's were in uniform instead they were wearing everyday street clothes. The restroom was locked. My daughter asked to get into the restroom when the man behind the counter said she had to spend at least $**.** to use the restroom and that it wouldn't do her any good cause they didn't like her or serve her kind. What kind of customer service is that!!!! My daughter came out crying!!! I've raised my children to not be prejudiced to any one no matter the color,race,or religion. Just because we are half white and native American doesn't give anyone the right to treat us any different especially when she was going to order stuff after she was going to go to the restroom. For some one to even treat a customer that way in your business is how you lose business. They had no name tags on either so we don't have a name to give you. But for the other employees to laugh and agree to what was said is appalling. If this is what you call customer service for your franchise we will never step foot in a taco Bell again!!!
