The issue in GetHuman-sboles_c's own words
we are loyal taco bell patrons and experience on more than one occasion a very poor experience at the taco bell on Pyramid Way in Spanish Springs Nevada (**** Pyramid Hwy Spanish Springs NV *****). The children left to run the restaurant have shut down the dining room to prevent customers entering, the drive through has taken over ** minutes to navigate with only one care in line, the dining room when open has taken over * hour for customers to receive food that was purchased without warning of an extended wait time. Yelp has poor reviews of the store with similar complaints. **In August ****, I went through the drive through and was met with a very long line and once at the order box the employee stated a ** minute wait was expected. The order was wrong, food was cold upon hand off and the staff were rude.**November *th ****, Arrived at Taco Bell after placing an online order for pick up at the Spanish Springs location. No one answered the order box, the next car pulled around and after waiting for several minutes an employee announced a wait of ** minutes is expected. When we got to the window finally, there were four kids working at the store playing around with no manager to be found. It took ** minutes to get food we ordered ahead of time in the drive thru with only two cars ahead of us. On top of it, they left out half of our order. Luckily we were not in a trusting mood at that point and verified it at the window. And were still rude about their mistake. Our efforts to correct the error was met with aggression and the employee attempted to though the food into my vehicle. We called another Taco Bell location and described the situation, Cameron was very accommodating and asked if we would like to get the missing items from his store (*** E Prater Way Sparks NV *****).**Someone needs to look at the Yelp reviews for the store (which we did after unfortunately) to get a sense of how much and how long this mismanagement has been happening and what the employees are getting away with. ****Both personal episodes will warrant my family will never return to this store again and we are asking the franchise to correct the disfunction and destruction of the Taco Bell reputation or simply for a shut down of this store.
