Good morning I would like to file a complaint at the Taco Bell located at ***** S. Wilmington Los Angeles CA *****. There customer service skills were horrible. Two employees in particular were very rude, unprofessional, and discriminative. I've never been to that Taco Bell before and if I'm in that area ever again I will never ever go there again. After leaving the hospital visiting a auntie who is dying of sirrhosis of the liver, my family asked can we go to that drive thru for some food. After ordering the food and we pulled up to the window the drive thru employee was extremely rude. As she came to the window talking and joking around with other employees ignoring me as I trying to get her attention she looked at me and walked away. I figured OK she'll be back she then started serving others customers in the restaurant. I wasn't really tripping until she started taking multiple orders leaving us hanging. I patiently waiting alo-oo-oo-ng time for her to come back and when she came back she never apologized or even ask us to please hold a moment. She came back to the drive thru window talking to a coworker looking at a twenty dollars bill as if it was counterfeit. I was trying to get her attention to tell her easy ice on the drinks, when she finally opened the window I asked her did she see me trying to get her attention she said, "YEAH I SAW YOU WANT DO YOU WANT LOL I MEAN HOW CAN I HELP YOU I'M BUSY"! Wow I thought I then told her that's not anyway to talk to a customer and I was ahead of all the others she was taking orders for and she was being rude. She said, "No! No! (WHILE ROLLING HER EYES) SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY AND CLOSED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE!!" OMG! I couldn't believe it. After her behavior I totally forgot why I was trying to get her attention. She still didn't come back with our order until she was done serving the people that were inside the restaurant. Mind you I'm a African American black woman and that area was predominantly Hispanic. My family said they always do that but that's not right. She served all the Latinos before she even came back to me I couldn't believe it!!! I work in customer service and I would've never treated anyone like that! Next when she finally came back a third time I asked her what was her name and she had the nerves to tell me, "I DONT HAVE ONE"! I said to her where's your manager she told me, " SHE DIDN'T HAVE ONE"! ( and closed the window) this was getting to be to much I pulled out my cell phone to take a picture so I could show the company who she was and she took off hiding in the back where the cooks were!!! Next a male employee came to assist us and thought good he must be the manager, I ask him what was her name and he said the same thing, "ma'am she doesn't have one and there was no manager I could speak with". I guess he thought he was being polite because he said ma'am but every restaurant has manager on site in case of issues and problems occur. I then asked him his name he said, "MA'AM HERE'S YOUR FOOD HAVE A GOOD DAY!" (IGNORING WHAT I WAS ASKING) and closed the window OMG!!!.. I begin to get upset and the drive-thru line begin to get very long. Customers begin to get Impatient with what was going on and began to blow their horns and we haven't even received our drinks. I began blowing my horn to get their attention, no one came I had to get out the car knock on the window and the still ignored me. I literally had a bang on the window for someone to come. How embarrassing was all this. The initial rude employee that was serving us started to make the drinks with a lot of ice and that was the reason for me trying to get her attention in the first place to let her know they wanted Easy Ice! After shoving the drinks at me I told her lady the we wanted easy ice that's why I was trying to get her attention in the *st place, she argued me say I put easy ice, which was not true because we were watching her making the drinks and my cousin sitting in the back seat was telling his mother sitting in the front seat, " MOM LOOK AT ALL THAT ICE SHE PUTTING IN THEIR CUPS AND HE DON'T LIKE ICE LIKE THAT"!! The employee had a huge attitude and you can tell how she remade the drive. They only gave us * drinks which we ordered * and I had to try to get their attention once again by blowing the horn and knocking on the window because the continued to ignore us. We had exchange in words once they finally came back to the drive thru window and this was entirely to much. This been on my mind all night long to where I couldn't sleep! I am epileptic and have seizures cause by stress and this was entirely a stressful situation, (not to mention dropping my family off at home they text me that the order was incorrect and the forgot items that we ordered and paid for). I just had * seizures and a mild stroke not to long ago and I didn't not need this stress from a simple fast food run. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP! I FEEL DISRESPECTED, DISCRIMINATED, AND IM VERY UPSET THEY BOTH NEED TO SOME SORT OF DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST THEM AND MAYBE EVEN FIRED WITH THAT TYPE OF BEHAVIOR! IM SHOCKED AND WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! This complaint took time from my busy schedule and its very exhausting especially when I have children to attend to. Please respond back quickly.
