If you are looking to change an order you should not wait and should call in. If the order has already shipped then you will need to wait for it to be delivered and call in.

I placed an order online. I wanted it ready at *:** and I get a text at *:** saying it's done already. I walk in there only to be informed that one of the items I ordered isn't even offered anymore and that they don't have any chips made for the nachos I ordered and they had not even started my order. I went on to the app to cancel and request a refund but that is not offered. I don't think I should have to pay **.** for an order I didn't even receive. This is the first, last, and only time I will ever use that app. Do not offer online ordering if the restaurant has no interactions with it to notify the customer of an issue with their order.
I paid for food and I left the restaurant empty handed and no one seems to care that I spent **.** on food we didn't get to eat.
I want you to refund my son's card for the cost of the food we didn't get.
