I usually pay by for my TV license with the card. Now I would like to set up a Direct Debit to pay for my TV license. I called on the **th on November, the person I have spoken to, cancel my TV license card payment plan and I was given a number to call **** *******. I call the number and a person who answered the call said I had to wait until the card was properly processed ( the cancellation of the card ). She told me to call on the following day **th of November. Since then I have been calling several times of the day, after each time going to the process (questioner). In the end it always the same we are very busy and there is no one available to help.*I have paid my TV license, n: **********, Customer n: *********, for many years so far without any problem or delay.*I would like to sort this out please and to set up a Direct Debit, Thank you.*Regards*Jairo Goncalves
