I’ve lost payment card for tv license. And want to pay by DD

No problem at all. You can change the payment method for your TV license to Direct Debit (DD). To do this, you'll need your TV License number and personal details. Go to the TV Licensing website, log into your account using your TV License number and set up a Direct Debit. Make sure you have your bank details handy, because you'll need these to set up the Direct Debit. Once the Direct Debit is set up, payments will be made automatically from your bank account. It's a convenient way to pay for your TV License and ensures you never miss a payment.
