Help with my TOMS issue

ORDER NUMBER ************I have not received my order. I have e-mailed customer service and no response. MY order showed that it was out for delivery, but then for the past week, the tracking states, "Awaiting Delivery Scan". I have no package. Tracking has not updated since. Is my package lost? **I either want my money back or for you to send the SAME order back out to me. **I have a different address to send it to if needed.
GetHuman-juleekin did not yet indicate what TOMS should do to make this right.
