Hi TCL team, I am writing this complaint to let you guys know that how pathetic your products are. I recently purchased the TCL **” *K LED Android TV. It has been just * months and I have been facing issues. The picture quality is worst, and the view has gone distorted. For this I had raised a complaint with TCL CS “IN**************”, resulting which TCL agent visited my home and after analysis he informed that the motherboard of the TV needs to be replaced. It took almost ** days to get it done. After installing the motherboard the agent informed that there is no improvement hence the complete panel needs to be changed and to do this it will take another * days.**Today I call the respective supervisor (Vinod) to check the status who informed that the company doesn’t have the panel hence the TV will be replaced. I fail to understand that it’s been almost a month and I have to wait. TCL being one of the best brand around the world but the products are the worst and on top of it the support team is not helpful. I also spoke to the Manager “Mohit” who lacks customer handling and doesn’t know how to manage an irate customer.**With this medium I want to escalate the issue and request you to please help in getting the TV replaces as a mater or urgency and get the issue resolved.**I have mentioned the new ticket no. shared with me for you reference. IN************
