I’ve went into multiple stores, and I have had nothing but problems. I haven’t been able to set up online banking since I got the account.. I finally had a manager turn off the overdraft option after your “IT card support” was supposed to call and help me set it up. This bank is complete bullshit and will probably be cancelling very soon due to the worst possible service imaginable and have cost me hundreds of dollars. And now they tell me they got the fraud off of my card and I can use it and I can’t take out cash or buy anything with it? I just don’t understand how this is so complicated and every single branch is completely ****** clueless? I need to set up online so I can view my statements, and I need to be able to access money on my card or I don’t get the point? Very irritated to say the least at this point
