My husband and I flew from Boston to Florence for our honeymoon on ****. We had a layover in Lisbon which landed WAY too close to the connecting flight and we barely made the next flight. When we got to Florence we were informed our baggage had not made it. It took ** hours to get the bags and we were not told when they would be arriving, just that our luggage had been found. *We had absolutely nothing on us. We had to buy two days worth of new clothing (including shoes) and toiletries. We had to spend $*** each ($*,*** total) and will need the airline to reimburse us. Please confirm how and when we will be reimbursed for our troubles*purchases.
