I have a MetroPCS account now they tell me that metro PCS is owned by T-Mobile if so for the last past * months I have not been able to make contact with my son that's in the US military services I got him a MetroPCS phone which he has an iPhone which I have a phone with metro PCS he cannot call me and I cannot call him I cannot call the home phone from this phone that I'm on now emailing you I need real phone service I pay my bill on time never late with it and also pay over my bill to make sure the bones are never turned off I had this countdown for some time you actually think you could actually get working service that really works that's why I got this phone service so I would not lose contact with my son and he will not lose contact with home please have someone to contact me back about this situation the number is area code *** *** *** * if this situation isn't resolved by Monday I'm switching my phone services!
