I have some charges on my account that I disagree with. I called t-mobile, was on hold for a long time and was given the option of them calling me back in one hour which opted for. * hours later they called back and i held for ** more minutes. i finally spoke to someone, who was overseas, who said they needed to check my plan. they put me on hold for ** minutes and then cut me off.*my issue is that my plan allows for free calls to the UK (and several other countries) from the USA and they are are charging me for them. You simply cannot get anyone on the line who can help you at all and they make it next to impossible to complain. They keep banging on about a team of experts, and you get to speak to a real and as they are experts they can solve your issue fast.no bouncing around from person to person. Of course none of this is true. The recorded voice keeps coming on the line telling you to "hang tight" and they will get you to an expert soon. Never happens! If you go to my t-mobile to contact them there is always a message that your team of experts is unavailable so come back later. *Now been on hold nearly another hour so I think that I will write to them and let them know that contrary to what their prompts say. Their service ***.
