Good morning my name is Anese PierreCharles I’m writing in regards to to my T-Mobile account, this morning I reached out to customer service about my account being disconnected after I reached out to customer service serval times about not being able to make the full balance to my payment arrangements, I was honestly upset because I’m struggling with this bill currently and trying my to bring it up to date, asa result of the conversation I had with both a supervisor and two customer service rep who disregarded my complaint, during the time of my dispute I was told by one of the rep that he would it was acknowledged in the notes that they would wave my restoration fee by half which I told them I needed for the to wave the whole balance because that’s what I was told, I was so frustrated to the point I hung up the phone afterwards I could back the second rep told me they would not do it at all due to the fact I declined it the first time. I have been along time client with T-Mobile I felt very unappreciated with the way I was spoken to, I am currently waiting for someone to get back to me to continue my dispute. My email address is *****@***.com or ******-**** as soon as possible within the hours of *:** pm I will be looking into another cell phone company but I truly need someone from corporate to contact me.
