I paid for a $** prepaid plan over the phone and was unable to get phone activated because of my phone. T-mobile sent me a sim starter kit in the mail which has not been activated. I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund for the $** * tax that I paid. I was told that I would have to return the sim card first. I sent the sim card to the address that was on the package and it was returned to me saying address was not valid. I then took it to a T-Mobile store and they told me I had to request a return shipping label. No one has yet to do that or give me an address to ship it to. I have talked to several T-Mobile reps. over the past weeks to no avail. I really don't know what do, but would like to get a refund.
