I ordered * iPhone * for my sons in October. **I returned the phones via UPS on October **, ****. **Tracking number IZ****************.**I learned that TMobile had a tendency to report that they had not received returned packages.**This is why I was careful to take take the time to record the tracking number for my package. **I called TMobile several times in October to track the return and was told that the package had not arrived at the warehouse. **As stated and apparently true to form it took almost a month to report that they had received the phones. **In the meantime, I am not able to order replacement phones.**To add insult to injury I was told on **-*-** that I would have to wait until December **, ****, to get the refund to my account. **This seeming delay strategy is very upsetting as I wanted to use the refund to order * iPhone * pluses. **I think it is a poor reflection on TMoblie that their customers have to wait two months to get a refund on their returns. **I would like for my refund to be credited to my account so that I can order the replacement phones.
