I have a Samsung galaxy which I've had for * years I have never had an issue with it in the past at all until I visited the us from Australia and visited a t mobile store to purchase a per paid data sim to use for GPS, it was fine until about a week later when it suddenly stopped being able to connect to the internet this wasn't a pre paid top up issue as it also would not connect to WiFi, may add that being lost with no working mobile due to a fault that was in no way mine but the t mobile sim which quite frankly ruined the end of our trip as we misses tours and ran * hours behind schedule, with trying to sort it, I called some one whilst still in the us only to be transfer by * people then told by the third that it was nothing to do with t mobile but a devise issue, although I knew this was not the case I ended the call as it was obvious the t mobile staff member was not going to be of any help, saying he had never heard of the message my phone kept popping up with at the same time it stopped working, the message said security error your devise has been flashed with unauthorized software and has been locked, after I hung up the phone I googled this message and pretty much every subject on google about this message was about t mobile, there is no doubt that it was your sim that has stopped my phone from working. it was only a few days later we were returning home to Australia so I waited till I got home thinking my Telstra sim would work again unfortunatly it didn't and no sims will now work I had to transfer all my photos to a laptop, do I got factory reset my phone this has still no fixed the issue of your sim card causing my phone to be useless, there is no question this occurred because of your company's sim and i would greatly appreciate your company making yourself accountable for not only disrupting the last days of pur holiday but also rending my Samsung galaxy * useless, which was $*** au that I will be out of pocket my email is *****@***.com I would appreciate that someone can contact asap thank you
