T-Mobile continues to send me a bill and I have never had an account with them. When I call I'm told they cannot access my account, because I need a * digit passcode. No one have access to address my concerns without me giving them a passcode that I never had, duugggh because I never had service with them. It seems to me that the account number from the bill with name, address and my personal should be more than enough. Not. If you do get someone that speaks English which is far and almost impossible, understandably so, since the company is located in Germany the corporate solutions etc... are all stuck on stupid. Not one person has taken the initiative to go a step further to assist in resolving this matter. Stay away from T-Mobile
